This week was a bit of a challenge on trying to come up with a cover concept for our feature about 10 movies that were filmed in Maui by the talented Mr. Barry Wurst II. We rented and bought several of the movies and went through and took screenshots of different scenes that were obviously filmed on Maui, but none of them were anywhere close in resolution to use for a cover. I went through several different covers, before finally settling on this one. It has a very “Maui” feel, and that was important to me in going along with a “movie” theme.
