Ra Ra Riot Poster
It’s been awhile since I’ve done any concert poster gigs, but here recently I was contacted by a rep for the band Ra Ra Riot whom wanted to see if I’d be interested in designing a poster for their upcoming Houston gig at Warehouse Live on September 25th. Since I’m leaving for Hawaii here in a couple weeks, I won’t really have a chance to get them silk-screened and sold at the show—but what I did do is work out a deal and hopefully them and the venue will be able to get a few printed for the night of the show.
On a side note, I was previously familiar with the band and had heard a few of their tracks, but realized I didn’t have any albums. So I purchased their most recent album “The Rhumb Line” and I must say that it’s pretty stellar. Definitely on my rotation for the next few weeks. Check it out.
