The Vintage Designs
These are some samples of the identity campaign I recently designed for The Vintage, a master-planned community with neighborhoods by Kickerillo, shopping centers and commercial spaces. The logo was designed first, and after it was finalized with colors we then moved on to the fonts, look and treatment of all other marketing pieces. We designed invitations for the grand opening that included a map insert that was attached to baby trees in tubes with ribbon and a tree charm. Due to Hurricane Ike, the event was rescheduled and we had to send out “change the date” postcards as well. Other designs for the client included a fact sheet, full page and half page ads for multiple magazines and newspapers, as well as several billboards around the Houston area. At the grand opening celebration other marketing pieces were created like a movie that played throughout the venue on multiple LCD flat-screens and goodie bags that were custom-designed with logo decals that matched the rest of the marketing pieces. These are just a few samples of the many that were created, and I’ll try to get up more up as soon as I can.
