Hi Folks. Well, another week down and another issue out the door. This week’s feature was an investigative report about the Hawaiian Monks Seals and how they are disappearing written by Rob Parsons. No one quite knows why or how. For the cover, we were supplied this great image by Joe Fell-McDonald, and although it was landscape I did my “photoshop wonders” to make it work for our vertical cover (cut out the sign, moved it over, took out the sign text and replaced it, cleaned up colors, etc.).
Overall, I think it definitely relays the message and turned out to be a pretty solid cover. Hope you like it.
